Ingredients:
- Tapioca - 1 small bowl (cooked with salt in cooker for 3 whistles)
- Onion - 1/2 Medium size
- Tomato - 1 Medium size (grind it)
- Turmeric - 1/2 TSP
- Sambar Powder - 1.5 TBSP
- Methi Powder - 1/2 TSP
Cooking Instructions:
- In a pan, add oil + Mustard + Moong dal split + Cumin
- Add onion and fry until golden brown
- Add Turmeric + Sambar Powder + Methi Powder and fry until raw smell goes off
- Add Tomato Puree and fry until it blends with other mix
- Add cooked Tapioca and add water as per your consistency
- Cook until the gravy consistency is reached.
