Karupatti Syrup

 Ingredients:

  1. 2 cup water
  2. 1 karupatti
  3. Boil until it dissolves and boil for another 2 mins
  4. Transfer to bowl and use it after it becomes cold

Coffee with Karupatti

 Ingredients:

  1. Coffee powder - 1 spoon with flat head (put in cup)
  2. Karupatti syrup - 3spoons (put in cup)
  3. 1/2 cup milk + 1/2 cup water (boil to consistency)
  4. Mix it and serve.

Homemade Chipotle Bowl

 INGREDIENTS:

  • Serving - 3
  • Pinto beans - 3/4 cup (red)
  • Chili powder - 3/4 spoon
  • Tomato (grind) - 1
  • Tomato (side) - 1 1/2
  • Cumin - 1 pinch
  • Mustard seeds - 1 pinch
  • Oil - 1 spoon
  • Tamarind - 1 spoon
  • Rice - 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Ranch or curd - 1 spoon
  • Cheese - a sprinkle

SAUCE PREP:
  1. Grind 1 tomato
  2. Put 1 spoon of oil, 3/4 spoon of chili powder, pinch of cumin, and a pinch of mustard seeds in a frying pan
  3. Pour the tomato sauce in the frying pan
  4. Add 1 spoon of tamarind into the frying pan
  5. Add salt as required
  6. Boil and keep aside


STEPS FOR SUCCESS:
  1. Cook pinto beans with salt as required
  2. Leave a hint of water and filter the beans
  3. Cook rice and filter
  4. Cut capsicum and onion
  5. Fry capsicum and onion on a high flame with lid until golden brown
  6. Add a pinch of salt and cumin with the capsicum and onion
  7. Cut 1 tomato into small pieces
  8. Take a bowl
    1. Add rice
    2. Add beans
    3. Add onion and capsicum
    4. Add tomato
    5. Add tomato sauce
    6. Add ranch or curd
    7. Finish it off with a sprinkle of cheese
  9. Put a spoon in the bowl and dig in. Bon appetite!!

Pizza Preparation

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups bread flour (all-purpose flour works too) + 1 cup wheat flour (add sugar, salt, yeast, water etc.)
  • 3/4 teaspoon yeast (instant or active dry)
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • up to 2/3 cup warm water (120-130° F for instant yeast or 110-120°F for active dry)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Tops:
  1. Capsicum 1
  2. Tomato 1
  3. Onion 1

Instructions:

  1. Place the flour, yeast, sugar & salt into a mixing bowl.
  2. Slowly add warm water and oil until dough forms a mass. (you may not need all the water)
  3. If using a stand mixer with a kneading paddle, knead until dough is smooth & elastic (1 - 2 minutes).
  4. If using a hand mixer or if mixing by hand with a spoon, combine and transfer dough to a floured surface. Knead 50 turns by hand (1 minute).
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest 10 minutes.
  6. It’s ready. You can: 1) Use it right away. 2) Let it rest for up to an hour. 3) Refrigerate it for up to 3 days.
  7. To use a pizza pan, bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 15-20 min. To use a pizza stone, bake at 500°F on a well preheated stone for 7-10 min. Use it to make my pepperoni pizza.

Note: Refrigerating the dough overnight enhances the flavor and texture, plus it's convenient to have it ready whenever you are.

Ingredients:

Banana - 2

All Purpose/Maida- 1.5 cup

Egg - 2

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Milk - 1/2 cup

Vanilla Essence - 5 drops

Baking Powder - 1 TSP

Oil - 1 TBSP


Preparation:

In a Mixie jar, add banana + sugar + Vanilla essence + Milk + Egg (blend it) 

In a bowl, add all purpose flour + Baking Powder  (mix it)  + ground mixture and prepare smooth flowing batter

Simple Fish Fry (6 pieces)

Ingredients:

  • Turmeric Powder- 1/3 spoon
  • Coriander Powder - 3/4 spoon
  • Chili Powder - 2 spoon
  • Cumin Powder - 1/3 spoon
  • Pepper Powder - 1/4 spoon
  • Oil - 1 spoon
  • Tamarind - little bit

Steps for success:
  1. Marinate fish pieces with above ingredients
  2. Wait for 10 minutes 
  3. Keep the pan on low to medium flame
  4. Put a little oil and fry the fish pieces 
  5. Serve and enjoy within 10 minutes
