Ingredients:
- Kizhangu - 2
- Turmeric - 1/4 TSP
- Salt as needed
- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Oil to tadka (2 TSP)
- Mustard (1 TSP)
Preparation:
- Remove skin of Kizhangu and cut it into small pieces
- Put it in pressure cooker and pour water to just cover it
- Add Turmeric and salt and mix it
- Pressure cook it for 3 whistles
- Put frying pan
- Pour oil and add mustard
- Add Kizhangu (after filter if there is extra water)
- Add coconut
- Mix well until it comes to the consistency which we wanted
- Enjoy kappa with fish curry
