Guest Chicken Curry

 

Ingredients:

- Chicken - 4 legs (cut it)

- Onion - 1 medium size (cut it small)

- Tomato - 1 medium size (cut it small)

- Ginger Garlic Paste (grind with water and make it a smooth paste)

- Coconut - 2 TBSP (dry fry and grind it a smooth paste)

- Chilli powder (1 + 1 TSP)

- Coriander powder (1 TSP)

- Chicken Masala - 1/2 TSP

- Turmeric - 1/4 TSP

- Salt for taste


Direction:

- Oil + non veg spices

- add onion and fry until golden brown

- add ginger garlic paste - fry till smell goes off

- add tomato till it smashes

- dry fry (1 spoon chilli powder, 1 spoon coriander powder, 1/2 spoon chicken masala)

- add the dry fried powders

- add salt

- add chicken pieces and fry until it half cooks

- add water and cook for 5 mins

- add 1 spoon chilli powder

- cook for 5 mins

- add ground coconut paste

- cook for 5 mins/till the consistency which you need
