Ingredients:
- Raw Rice - 1cup
- Moong Dal - 1/2 cup
- Water - 6 cups
- Jaggery - 3 cups (more based on your sweet requirement)
- Sukku powder - 1 spoon
- Milk - 1 cup
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Cashew
- Dry grapes
- Ghee
Pressure cook:
- Raw Rice
- Moon Dal
- Water
- Pressure cook for 5 whistle
Next Step:
- Heat milk in a vessel
- Transfer cooker content to vessel
- Add water as per the required consistency
- Add Sukku powder
- Add Jaggery
- Add grated coconut
Garnish:
- Fry Cashew and Dry grapes in ghee and add it to pongal
