Ingredients:
- Grind below items and store it in air tight container
- 1/2 cup (Red cup) - fry separately
- Fry below ingredients separately
- Pepper - 1 TSP
- Cummin - 1 TSP
- Mustard - 1/2 TSP
- Fenugreek - 1/4 TSP
- Fry below ingredients separately
- Channa dal - 2 TBSP
- Toor dal - 2 TBSP
- Urad dal - 2 TBSP
- Fry below ingredients separately
- Red chilli - 12-15
- Salt - 1 TSP
- Turmeric - 1 TSP
- Asafoetida (Perungayam) - 1 TSP
- Use 1.5 to 2 spoons in sambar
