Ingredients:
- Oil - 2 TBSP
- Vegetable (Lady's finder, Brinjal or Bitterguard or any vegetables)
- Onion - 1 (medium) (small slices)
- Tomato - 1 (medium) (grind it)
- Garlic - 10 pods (slice it)
- Kuzhambu Masala - 2 TSP
- Chili powder - 1/2 TSP
- Turmeric - 1/4 TSP
- Mustard, Cumin and Methi
- Salt as needed
- Water as needed
- Tamarind paste
- Jaggery little
Steps:
- Oil
- Vegetable (fry for 5 mins)
- Remove vegetable
- Add Mustard + Cumin + Methi
- Add Onion + Garlic and fry till onion transulant
- Add Kuzhambu Masala + Chili powder + turmeric
- Add tomato
- Salt
- Add water and boil for 5 mins
- Add Tamarind paste and Jaggery
- Boil for 5 mins till the consistency arrived
