Ingredients:
- Urad Dal - 500 grms (fry until roasted - light brown)
- Red Chilli - 17 count
- Garlic - 1 whole
- Asafoetida Powder - 2 spoon
- Salt - 2 1/2 spoon
- Cummin - 3 spoon
Direction:
- Dry fry each one separately
- Grind the mix
- Mix everything and leave it to cool down
