Idli Podi

 Ingredients:

  • Urad Dal - 500 grms (fry until roasted - light brown)
  • Red Chilli - 17 count
  • Garlic - 1 whole
  • Asafoetida Powder - 2 spoon
  • Salt - 2 1/2 spoon
  • Cummin - 3 spoon


Direction:

  • Dry fry each one separately
  • Grind the mix
  • Mix everything and leave it to cool down
