INGREDIENTS:
- Serving - 3
- Pinto beans - 3/4 cup (red)
- Chili powder - 3/4 spoon
- Tomato (grind) - 1
- Tomato (side) - 1 1/2
- Cumin - 1 pinch
- Mustard seeds - 1 pinch
- Oil - 1 spoon
- Tamarind - 1 spoon
- Rice - 1/2 cup
- Capsicum - 1
- Onion - 1
- Ranch or curd - 1 spoon
- Cheese - a sprinkle
SAUCE PREP:
- Grind 1 tomato
- Put 1 spoon of oil, 3/4 spoon of chili powder, pinch of cumin, and a pinch of mustard seeds in a frying pan
- Pour the tomato sauce in the frying pan
- Add 1 spoon of tamarind into the frying pan
- Add salt as required
- Boil and keep aside
STEPS FOR SUCCESS:
- Cook pinto beans with salt as required
- Leave a hint of water and filter the beans
- Cook rice and filter
- Cut capsicum and onion
- Fry capsicum and onion on a high flame with lid until golden brown
- Add a pinch of salt and cumin with the capsicum and onion
- Cut 1 tomato into small pieces
- Take a bowl
- Add rice
- Add beans
- Add onion and capsicum
- Add tomato
- Add tomato sauce
- Add ranch or curd
- Finish it off with a sprinkle of cheese
- Put a spoon in the bowl and dig in. Bon appetite!!
